Board Dynamics provides training and development services to business/corporate boards, family business enterprises, advisory boards, self-regulatory organizations, private and family foundations, not-for-profit organizations and government agencies.

We also specialize in 'independent review committee' (IRC) service for public fund companies, as required by the Canadian Securities Commission (National Instrument 82-107). Our IRC can also provide general oversight for conflict of interest matters.
