Meet Irene Seiferling. B.A., ICD.D
Irene Seiferling is a well-known governance and board consultant. She has been actively involved with boards as a director and adviser for over 25 years, and is the first Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) accredited corporate director in Saskatchewan. She is also accredited in the United States through the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Irene is a governance specialist formally trained through the Institute of Corporate Directors in partnership with the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto); in Carver Policy Governance and Governance Fundamentals (Queen's University, School of Business).
She is a qualified strategic planner (Canadian Management Centre) and is a 'Most Trusted Adviser' Graduate (professionals who advise family enterprises).Irene holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with Distinction (University of Saskatchewan) in addition to being an experienced researcher, communications consultant, and governance specialist.
